Officers are renewing an appeal for information after a 39-year-old man involved in a collision in Hillborough has died.
At around 2.25pm on Sunday 27 August, a green Kawasaki Ninja motorbike was travelling along Rivelin Valley Road towards Hillsborough when it failed to negotiate a left hand bend and collided with a tree on the opposite side of the road.
The 39-year-old rider was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries but sadly died yesterday (Sunday 10 September) – two weeks after the incident.
Police want to hear from anyone who may have seen what happened, or who saw the bike prior to the collision.
