Police investigating the murder of a woman stabbed to death at home have
made a fifth arrest.
A 20-year-old man from Barnsley was held Monday on suspicion of handling
stolen goods, in relation to the theft of the victim’s Audi TT, which
was taken from her home at the time of her death in May.
He has since been released under investigation, South Yorkshire Police
said.
Ms Hibberd (pictured) died of multiple stab wounds and was found in her
home on Roy Kilner Road in Wombwell. She previously lived near Clifton
Park and at Rawmarsh.
Three people have been charged as part of the investigation into her
death.
