A 35-year-old man has appeared in court yesterday (Tuesday 18 September)
charged with wounding and threatening a person with an offensive weapon.
Anthony Bachelor, of Abbeybridge, Nottingham, appeared before Sheffield
Magistrates’ Court charged with Section 18 Wounding and threatening a person
with an offensive weapon.
He has been bailed to appear before Sheffield Crown Court on Tuesday 16
October.
The charges relate to a reported assault in June 2018, where a man suffered
stab wounds in Fife Street, Wincobank.
The force is currently participating in national Operation Sceptre to raise
awareness of knife crime.

CSE Awareness Day is an opportunity to remind everyone of the warning signs of sexual exploitation and abuse among children, as well as encouraging victims and survivors of abuse to come forward and report what happened.
