Officers are asking witnesses to a collision in the Firbeck area of
Rotherham yesterday afternoon (Sunday 30 September) to come forward.
At around 3.45pm, a blue BMW was travelling along Lamb Lane, away from
Dinnington, when it was involved in a collision with a grey BMW and a
blue Ford Grande C Max, travelling in the opposite direction.
The collision happened at the junction with Haven Hill.
The driver of the blue BMW, a 28-year-old man, was taken to hospital
with suspected serious injuries. Two passengers in the car, a
five-year-old girl and a 22-year-old woman both suffered minor injuries.
A 50-year-old woman driving the Ford also suffered minor injuries.
Officers are asking anyone who saw what happened, or who saw any of the
vehicles immediately before the collision to contact them.
