Detectives investigating an incident in which a 22-year-old man suffered
a broken jaw have released CCTV footage.

At around 2.20am on Saturday 2 March, the victim was stood outside of
Soyo on Rockingham Street, after leaving the bar, when he was approached
by another man who had also been inside the venue.

The man was with two other men and two girls and after approaching the
victim, proceeded to punch him.

Following the assault, the victim is said to have walked towards West
Street, followed by the offender who is reported to have been shouting
at him and attempting to hit him.

The 22-year-old sustained a broken jaw in the incident.

As officers continue with their enquiries they have released this CCTV
footage and would like your help to identify the man pictured.
