A blaze at a scrap metal site in Barnsley is not thought to have been
started deliberately, the fire service says.
Firefighters were called to the fire on Boulder Bridge Lane in Royston
at about 06:00 on Saturday morning 3rd November 2018.
Crews were scaled down over the weekend, with firefighters from
Barnsley, Cudworth, Dearne, Tankersley and South Kirby all attending.
It’s believed to have started accidentally, according to South Yorkshire
Fire and Rescue Service.
