Officers investigating a reported armed robbery in the Suffolk Road area
of Sheffield, have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to
speak to.
At just before 1am on Sunday 23 September, police received reports that
two men, armed with a knife and a bat, had entered Subway sandwich shop
on Suffolk Road and made threats towards staff.
The men are said to have made demands for cash before making off with
the till tray. No one was injured in the incident, however a quantity of
cash was stolen.
Enquiries are currently ongoing into the incident and police would like
to identify and speak to the man pictured as he could hold vital
information.
